In Baidoa, Somalia, many families are living in urgent need and struggle daily to access clean water. To support the community, Mama Shamsa Foundation has launched a Water Trucking Program starting in 2026, delivering safe water directly to the area.
Through this initiative, we provide the community with a truckload of clean drinking water, delivered to a designated area like in Baidoa, Somalia. Local residents are then able to collect and store the water in small tanks, containers, and buckets for their households.
This water trucking program is designed to provide immediate humanitarian relief and support to families who have limited access to clean, safe, and reliable water sources. It helps reduce the daily struggle for water and supports basic health, hygiene, and dignity in the community.

The Prophet ﷺ said: “The best charity is giving water to drink.” (Hadith)
